Being president, you would expect Barack Obama to be the first one to know the capture of Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev but just like every American today, he learned about the capture from tv reports while watching at his White House residence. After watching the news, Obama went down to the Oval Office and got the confirmation in a telephone conversation with FBI Director Robert Mueller. Obama then gathered his senior staff members to prepare his speech before addressing the nation.
