Chipotle has begun working to reduce the number of menu items that contain genetically engineered ingredients, including substituting non-GMO sunflower oil for the soybean oil it has used to fry its tortilla chips.

FDNY firefighters exposed to meningitis due to wrong patient info in 911 system

At least four New York firefighters and a supervisor sought medical attention after some of them were exposed to bodily fluids from a woman who had bacterial meningitis, sources told the Daily News. The snafu was caused by an NYPD dispatcher who put incorrect information about the patient into the 911 system.

Early morning sunlight bathes the State House in Augusta, Maine, where legislators handily approved a bill to require labeling of food made from genetically modified organisms, or GMOs.

Handing genetically engineered seed giant Monsanto Co. another legislative defeat, the Maine Legislature has passed a bill requiring the labeling of foods made from genetically modified organisms, or GMOs.

WOLF BLITZER LEAVING CNN TO BE REPLACED BY “BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE” ACCORDING TO INSIDER

A report over the weekend by New York Daily News said that CNN has a plan for Wolf Blitzer to ” be gradually phased out and replaced with a younger hipper host. The decision has been made that people want to look at beautiful people, and although Wolf is no beast, they are thinking younger”, this according to CNN insider. The new CNN boss Jeff Zucker has been doing a lot of “phasing the old guards” of CNN like James Carville, Mary Matalin and Roland Martin and replace them with Jake Tapper and Chris Cuomo.

CNN sources are saying that everyone is worried and scared that even Piers Morgan is eating salad during lunch. Sources also added, “They want journalists with great credentials but they also want reporters with a face, and body, for TV – not radio. Anderson Cooper is the network’s poster child for a reason: He is super-cute  and charming.” But spokeswoman for CNN is denying the story saying Wolf Blitzer “has been anchoring more hours as of late” and accusing the insider “not watching CNN air”.

The struggling cable network already have series of unforgettable shows and anchors whose presence hardly noticed when they disappear off the  air. Jeff Zucker must have read Roger Ailes book by Zev Chafets called “Roger Ailes Off Camera” when he took over CNN last March and decided to follow to fox trot of combining news with beautiful faces. As testimony by one former liberal, it was the ladies of Fox News that made him conservative, first by enjoying watching them then later listening to them.

But CNN’s problem is that majority of liberals don’t watch news – unless it is celebrity related news – and those of the real news viewers they are so small in number you can hardly count them. CNN cannot be Fox because they don’t have the Fox DNA but they cannot be MSNBC because MSNBC got the left-wing fringe audience. CNN trying to straddle the is like asking for leftover crumbs from both sides and crumbs are never big in number that’s why they are called crumbs. Good luck CNN to your makeover. Liberal media is no longer trusted by America and to restore that trust, first you have to start doing your job by going after the Obama administration as you should instead of playing the “hear no evil, see no evil” act.
